IS IT SAFE TO BUY FROM YOU ONLINE?
All of us at Kashmir Shawls believe that your security online is our top priority. We comply with all the latest security legislation and can guarantee that all online purchases are secure.

We assure you that we at Kashmir Shawls take all reasonable measures to maintain your privacy and security regarding personal information that you voluntarily divulge to us. We take this seriously! During the course of communication with and registering customers, we collect information that you voluntarily disclose to us, including but not limited to name, address, phone and email. KS may choose to retain such information in its data base. We may utilize, within company, such information for email notices or even phone calls for the purposes of contacting our clients.

However, we will not share or sell that information with any other company/entity for commercial purposes.
Furthermore, we will not collect from your personal computer or any other source, additional information about you beyond what you have voluntarily given to us.

I HAVE AN OFFER CODE, HOW DO I USE IT?
Shop as usual on the website and then proceed to your basket. Add your code to the Promo Code box and hit Submit. After entering in the code, your order value will be automatically updated with the offer. If you are still having problems, you may want to check the offer is still valid. Offers do have terms and conditions and may run for specific times or be for specific products. If you have checked this and are still having issues then please get in touch with us.

WHEN WILL YOU CHARGE ME FOR MY ORDER?
You will be charged for your order on dispatch.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
Providing the goods ordered are in stock, we will dispatch your order within one working day. Where part of your order is out of stock, we will dispatch the items which are in stock within one working day, and send the remains to you as soon as they come back into stock. When this occurs, you will not be charged any extra for multiple shipments.

NOTE: Direct from supplier items are not available for not next day delivery. These items will normally be delivered in two to five days.

I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER FOR A FRIEND AND GET IT SENT TO THEIR ADDRESS. HOW DO I DO THIS?
This is no problem. Within your My Account page you can click on My Address Book and add as many alternative addresses as you wish. You can arrange for items to be delivered to any address you wish. Alternatively, you can enter an alternative address in the checkout process.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
To ensure the fastest possible delivery to you, we process all orders as soon as possible and often within a few minutes of the order being placed. Therefore, to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. We will do our best to make the changes you require but if the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns procedure. Click here for more information about returns.

WHAT DO I DO IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH AN ITEM I HAVE PURCHASED?
If you are unhappy with an item you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. View our 30-day returns policy.

HOW WILL YOU LET ME KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email to your registered email address (this will come from sales@kashmirshawls.in). It will hold your individual order code that you can quote to us if your need to discuss your order.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We use various shipping methods, depending on your location, the weight of the goods ordered and what delivery method you choose during the checkout procedure. If you are in India, and do not need a guaranteed delivery time, then the best option is IndiaPost. This is the most inexpensive delivery method for parcels and in many cases we find that the parcels arrive the next day.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, please login and click on Your Account. Click on the order you would like to track and you will find a real-time updated order status and tracking information.

I LIVE ABROAD AND WOULD LOVE TO ORDER A PRODUCT – WILL YOU POST TO ME?
If you are happy to pay for the postage charge, then we are happy to post it to you. We deliver to over 75 countries worldwide. There will be an additional postage charge for all overseas orders which will be calculated when you place your order.

I DON’T LIVE IN INDIA AND WOULD LOVE TO ORDER A PRODUCT – CAN I CHOOSE MY CURRENCY?
Yes you can! We offer PayPal mode of Payment, you can chose any currency listed there.

MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?

IS THERE LIMITED STOCK AVAILABLE?
We only hold a certain amount of stock in our warehouse. We try to order in enough for our customers, but sometimes we get it wrong. You will be able to see on the product page whether it is “Awaiting Stock” or “In Stock”. If the product you order is awaiting stock, we will get it to you as soon as we can get it from our supplier. It is worth placing an order for a product, as we will ensure that we order in the product especially for you.

CAN YOU SPECIAL ORDER SOMETHING FOR ME?
Yes, we deal with over 1000 artisans in Kashmir and are very happy to special order items which we do not currently stock. Please contact us with the details of the item(s) you wish to order and we will reply with availability, price and expected delivery lead time.
