HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If your return is due to an incorrectly supplied, faulty or damaged item, please let us know within 5 days that you are sending the product back to us, you can do that here.
There is a returns label provided within your package; so please use this to send back free of charge. Bulky or heavy items will require collection from DPD. Please contact the Customer Service team who will arrange this for you free of charge. Please ensure the item is securely packed and in it’s original packaging.
We will refund your original delivery charge and the delivery charges incurred in returning the product when a product is faulty, damaged or sent incorrectly, If you simply didn’t want the item, that’s not a problem, but in this instance we don’t refund delivery charges.
